Jean Marseille  focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning, corporate formations, tax advising, property rights issues, and community association representation. Unlike most attorneys who attend law school immediately after finishing their undergraduate studies, Jean gained years of leadership, management, and sales experience in the private sector before attending law school.  Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as managing broker and President of Legacy Realty & Development for over 15 years.

Jean Marseille, a son of two hard working immigrants, was born near Boston, Massachusetts. He has made South Florida his home for over thirty five years. He graduated with honors from Palm Beach Atlantic University before earning his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) and  Master of Laws in taxation (LL.M.) at the University of Florida Frederick G. Levin College of Law.

At Palm Beach Atlantic, Jean joined the Men’s basketball team as a walk-on while maintaining over a 3.8 GPA. While in law school and supporting a family of six, Jean worked with the United Sates Navy Jag Corps as an intern, was President of the Real Property Law Association as a first-year law student and also served on the Student Bar Association, the school’s student government. Jean also earned the book award (highest possible grade) for the course Law Practice Management and Technology. Jean was a recipient  of the Dean’s Leadership Award, an honor bestowed to a select few graduates. Jean serves on numerous civic and non-profit boards, and has served as President of the Palm Beach Atlantic University Alumni Association. In November of 2018, Jean was recognized as a top 50 Notable Alumni at Palm Beach Atlantic University. 

Jean is a self-taught pianist, and enjoys scuba diving, cooking, and golfing in his leisure time.
